We're a family-run crew based in Northern Indiana. Michael's been the constant since day one, and he's built a team of good people around him as the work has grown. We do construction, remodeling, roofing, pole barns, and property management. That's the full range of what it takes to keep a home or property in good shape. Show up.
When we say Tuesday at 7, we mean Tuesday at 7. A crew sitting in your driveway is a crew working on your house. Construction is full of contractors who disappear between estimate and completion. We don't do that.
Hold the price.
Once the plans are set, the price is set. Change orders are written, signed, and itemized, not slipped onto the final invoice. We'd rather lose a job than build a reputation for surprises.
Clean up.
